We understand that sometimes a family’s finances change unexpectedly. Should this occur at anytime throughout your child’s school year, please make an appointment with the school finance officer to discuss your situation so we can pray with you and make adjustments to your payment plan.
$4000 per child. The 4th child’s tuition is waived.
Fees are paid over a 12 month period, starting July 1 for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Parents can choose from: Monthly, Bi-Annually, and Annually. Payments are received through e-transfer. Once you are enrolled, we will provide you with the email address needed..
$100 per family and due with application. The fee must be paid before any application is assigned a number on the list of applicants.
$25 – due before diagnostic testing can begin. All students new to ACE curriculum or who have been out of ACE for one academic year or more are given an academic diagnostic test to determine proper placement in each core subject.
You may be charged to replace equipment or supplies your child breaks or loses. We will not charge you for normal wear and tear. We understand that sometimes students are irresponsible and break or lose things. In order to help your child become more responsible we will charge for any equipment or supplies that have been broken or lost through irresponsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, destruction or loss of school property, their office and equipment, computers, computer stations and equipment, and property in any facility the school may be renting or visiting.
